- Looking at Energies. Psychic, Spiritual and Universal. These will prepare you in the opening up of yourself to psychic work.
- Senses and Metasensabilities. The understanding of the differing energy fields, such as Clairvoyance and Clairaudience and how we can best use them.

- Guides and Doorkeepers. An insight into what they are and if they exist?
- Intuitive Psychic Abilities. These are feelings, dreams, premonitions etc and how to use your abilities in every day life.

- The use of Pendulums and their practice. This will cover the various aspects of dowsing with Pendulums and their use in cleansing.
- Table Tilting. How energies can be used to move an object

- Meditation and Chakras. Learn how to meditate and to harness the energy within your own body together with understanding where your Chakras are and how to use each one.
