  1. I’m having trouble booking online. What should I do?

    If you are experiencing difficulties in booking online please e-mail Nick at support@paranormalnights.co.uk. Please provide as much detail as possible such as e-mail, username, address and phone number as this will aid in a faster response.

  2. How can I book my places on a ghost hunt?

    There are two main ways of booking one of our events. Once you have arrived on the page with information on the event you are interested in booking on you should notice the booking menu on the top right. You’ll notice that you have the option to book online or pay via cheque and on the latter you can reserve your places. If you would like to pay via cheque please select the cheque option within the booking process instead of PayPal.

  3. How can I contact you if I have any further enquiries after booking?

    If you have any concerns or feel we should know something after you have booked you can either email us using the contact form or calling 0845 519 2109. An answer machine is available.

  4. How long will you keep my place(s) reserved for?

    We regret that we are only able to keep your places reserved for Five (5) days only. If no payment is received by then the places will automatically be re-instated.

  5. What payment options are available when booking an event?

    Online transactions are made through Paypal™ Europe secure online payment. You may also pay by cheque but if you send cash it is at your own risk.

  6. Do you issue tickets for your ghost hunt events?

    Yes. Once you have booked your place(s) on the specified event / course you will then receive an e-confirmation/e-ticket approximately Five (5) days before the event start date via email, this acts as your ticket for you and any additional guests.

  7. Do I get a discount for group bookings?

    Yes we have a ‘Super Sixes Scheme’ available. Here’s how it works. Make a booking for a group of six or more and we’ll offer a 100% discount for every sixth person! This accumulates too!! So for example make a booking for 12 and two will go free and so on.. Please email info@paranormalnights.co.uk or call us on 0845 519 2109 to arrange this.
