I'm having trouble booking online. What should I do ?

How can I book my places on a ghost hunt ?
There are two main ways of booking one of our events. Once you have arrived on the page with information on the event you are interested in booking on you should notice the booking menu on the top right. You'll notice that you have the option to book online or pay by cheque and on the latter you can reserve your places. If you do not have the ability to print off a booking form that will need to accompany your cheque you can telephone ourselves on either 0870 803 2512 or 0775 117 2962 we can then send you a booking form to your address.

How can I contact you if I have any further enquiries after booking ?
If you have any concerns or feel we should know something after you have booked you can either email us using the contact form, telephoning Adrian on 0870 803 2512 or 0775 117 2962 or clicking the live help banner at the top of this page (general enquiries / bookings dept)

How long will you keep my place(s) reserved for ?
We regret that we are only able to keep your places reserved for Five (5) days only. If no payment is received by then the places will automatically be re-instated.

What payment options are available when booking an event ?
Online transactions are made through Paypal™ Europe secure online payment. You may also pay by cheque but if you send cash it is at your own risk.

Do you issue tickets for your ghost hunt events ?
Yes. Once you have booked your place(s) on the specified event you will then receive a confirmation letter approximately Seven (7) days before the event start date via royal mail 1st class, this acts as your ticket.

Do I get a discount for group bookings ?
Yes we can offer a discount for a group booking as long as you party is at least Ten (10) in numbers. Please email Adrian on admin@paranormalnights.co.uk or tel. 0870 803 2512 or 0775 117 2962 to arrange this.
