Terms & Conditions

• Age Restrictions.

  The minimum age for participants on all our ghost hunt events is 18 years or older.

• Alcohol & drugs.

  Important: If anyone arrives under the influence of alcohol, drugs and is suspected of bringing alcoholic drinks or drugs to the event they will be not be allowed to stay for the duration of the night and will be asked to leave the premises immediately. Due to restrictions at our locations pregnant women are not allowed on any of our public ghost hunt events.

• Smoking & fire hazards.

  We only permit smoking in specified outdoor zones and we will inform you of these during your event. Please also ensure that no candles or other potential fire hazards are used during your stay.

• Accommodation.

  There are no sleeping facilities at our overnight hunts unless stated on the event booking page(s). Our ghost hunt events will clearly indicate when overnight accommodation is included in the cost.

• Accidents.

  Although we cannot foresee any problems, accidents / incidents may happen, all members of your team should preferably have their own third party public liability insurance as our insurers have indicated that our public liability policies may not cover your party during your visit to the location since they are outside normal public access categories. You are staying at the location at your own risk. We accept no liability for any accident or injury to you, however caused.

• Behaviour.

  We would remind all guests that Paranormal Investigations by their nature can be quite reserved affairs as well as being fun. Therefore we request that if you are thinking of joining us as a group that's up for a laugh or as a stag / hen party then you carefully consider whether a ghost hunt event is really suitable for yourselves? Disruptive behaviour is not tolerated out of fairness to our guests. Throughout the ghost hunt event you and your party will act in a sensible manner and will not cause harm or injury to anyone else, any animal, effect of the property etc.

• Personal belongings.

  All luggage, clothing, equipment, vehicles and effects belonging to you or your party are your own responsibility. Paranormal Nights Ltd is not responsible for the safe custody of attendees property, for its loss, damage or theft however caused.

• Legal.

  By agreeing to these terms and conditions you further indemnify the organisers / promoters from and against all legal liability in respect of any costs, claims, damages, demands, penalties, actions, proceedings, suits, losses or expenses in respect of or arising out of the injury to or the death of any person, or damage to any property arising from my participation in the chosen ghost hunt activity.

• Cancelled, postponed ghost hunt events.

  Rarely, ghost hunt events are cancelled or postponed by Paranormal Nights Ltd due to weather conditions or situations out of our control. When this occurs, Paranormal Nights will make every effort to ensure you receive a prompt refund of payment. If the event is moved or re-scheduled, Paranormal Nights Ltd may set refund limitations. Any expenses including travel incurred due to the cancellation of a ghost hunt event will not be refunded.

• Our staff and consultants.

  Our consultants are professional consultants: however any and all statements made utilising our consultants are the sole opinion of the individual consultant and do not reflect the opinions or policies, stated or otherwise, of Paranormal Nights Ltd. No perceived predictions, opinions, information, advice or comments made by our employees, psychics, mediums or clairvoyants should be interpreted as factual or actual. You, the Customer, are responsible for making your own decisions and it is understood that when our employees, psychics, mediums and clairvoyants suggest something to you, it is an opinion of the consultant, and should NOT be interpreted as the only course of action.

• Outdoor weather conditions.

  Any event due to take place wholly or partially in the open air / outside could be affected by unsuitable/adverse weather conditions. In this case, Paranormal Nights Ltd reserves the right to relocate the event to an area which is undercover. In most cases all ghost hunt events take place and it is your responsibility to bring suitable clothing to match the weather conditions for the time.

• Overnight accommodation.

  We suggest you either secure further accommodation for the following night or book transport home due to tiredness caused by the ghost hunt event. We do not accept any responsibility for any accidents or incidents caused after the event. Tiredness kills!

• Guarantees.

  Please note that our accounts regarding a location are not fabricated. The Paranormal Nights Ltd team have on occasion witnessed and recorded paranormal activity in various locations though we cannot guarantee that paranormal activity will take place on the night you stay, but so far to date, our ghosts / spirits haven't disappointed us. We accept no responsibility if you have to change clothing after a sighting or incident!

• Entertainment.

  You agree that any and all services from Paranormal Nights Ltd are for entertainment purposes. Though we always endeavour to give you the best experience possible we can never guarantee the behaviour of the unknown and thus we cannot make any guarantees about the validity and truth behind your experiences. However, we do guarantee that all events are organised with a scientific outlook and are conducted under controlled conditions at all times.

• Your acceptance.

  All event bookings made through Paranormal Nights Ltd means your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions in full.
